Who can join Ammar SACCO?
Membership is open to all members of the Republic of Kenya — farmers, civil servants, teachers, employees, youth, women, persons with disability, business people and registered groups.
Is Ammar SACCO regulated?
Yes. We are registered under the Co-operative Societies Act Cap 490 and licensed by the SACCO Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA) to carry out deposit-taking business.
Can I deposit and repay via M-PESA?
Yes. The member portal supports instant M-PESA STK push for savings deposits and loan repayments, with every transaction receipted and tracked.

Membership & loans

How do I become a member?
Fill in the membership application form online or at our offices with your ID and a passport photo, then grow your BOSA shares to a minimum of 200 (worth KES 4,000) within six months.
How much can I borrow?
BOSA loans are granted up to three times your deposits, fully guaranteed by fellow SACCO members, with repayment periods of up to 36 months.
What interest do savings earn?
All savings accounts earn attractive interest on deposits, and shareholders earn annual dividends based on the SACCO’s performance.
